Founder President MRS. G. Rathna Kumari

A dynamic, well educated, Founder President with a PG degree in English Language and Literature, is an energetic innovator of bright ideas for the beautification of stretches of barren lands along the high ways and other areas and as per the profile of the NICER FOUNDATIONS enclosed, the areas already beautified have been listed with the supporting photographs.

The Founder President has shown great and enterprise in the various awareness of managementpublic relations,liaising with the Government and other agencies and has shown acumen and creativity in devising newer and more innovative projects.As a true animalbenefactorand canine lover, she has been instrumental in caring for dogs, cats and cattle, and has organised shelters and food on a daily basis. She has been feeding 300 stray dogs each day since 2012. It is rare to find such a generous minded and tender minded individual with the utmost sense of strict discipline both in her personal and public life.

Mrs. Rathna Kumari is a distinguished environmental and animal welfare advocate who serves as the President and Founder of the Nicer Foundations, established in the year 2012, an NGO committed to fostering environmental cleanliness and safety while advocating for the welfare of stray canines in urban areas. Under her visionary leadership, the Nicer Foundations has grown into a pivotal force in promoting sustainable urban living and compassion towards animals.

  • Police Shelter/ Umbrellas/ Police Booths (Chromepet, Tambaram).
  • Traffic blinkers on signals (Pallavaram, Tambaram).
  • Backlit Boards(Tambaram, T.Nagar, Mount Road).
  • Island with Fountains throughout Chennai City and Overall Tamil Nadu.
  • Road Medians (Tambaram, Chromepet, Pallavaram).

Nicer foundations have collaborated with Green Tamil Nadu Mission with a commitment to plant 10 Lakh trees. With this Joint venture, Nicer Foundations will be a part of the green revolution to bring Tamil Nadu from current 26.3% to 33% on OSR land-On Space Reservation.

These adoption sites with high visibility will be an excellent opportunity for CSR Funds to be viably invested bringing credit to the investing organisation and the invested areas withteeming populations.
